HOW LONG IS YOUR WARRANTY ?

We stand behind the quality of everything we sell, that’s why Etienne Interiors products are backed by a twelve (12) months comprehensive warranty.  Some exclusions apply and are listed in the 'Exclusions to 12 Month Warranty' below.

Etienne Interiors is committed to the excellence of its products and provides superior customer service. A very responsive after sales department is available to help you with any queries after your purchase. Most issues are resolved within 72 business hours. WHAT ARE YOUR WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS ?

Etienne Interiors warrants all goods (some exclusions apply) for a period of twelve (12) months under normal usage, to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Etienne Interior's liability under this warranty is to repair or replace (at its discretion) any part or product covered by this (or any implied) warranty free of charge. This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage arising from abnormal use, abuse or negligence

• Products which have not been maintained, or which have been modified

• Any indirect or consequential loss

This warranty applies only to the original purchase. Proof of purchase is required. To the extent committed by law, all other warranties, express or implied, are excluded. All goods subject to warranties must be returned to us in original packaging for inspection and assessment at your cost. The warranty is valid in Canada only, and is non-transferrable. We do not offer warranty services on items shipped internationally.

Warranty does not apply to commercial usage or shall be void should the original purchase change ownership.

PRODUCT EXCLUSION FROM 12 MONTH WARRANTY

The following products sold on Etienne Interiors are not subject to the 12 month warranty offered here.  Please see the product listing for specific warranty information for that item.

Products excluded from the 12 month warranty program are as follows:

• Butterfly & Tripolina chairs by Big BKF
• ANY and ALL items located under 'The Refinery' section of the etienneinteriors.com.  This includes vintage and antique items as well as the entire offering of Mid Century furnishings.
